Here’s The Biggest Mistakes and Problems You Could Experience While Outsourcing Your PPC Management

Alright lets say you are a marketing consultant or own a company that offers SEO services and you keep running into situations where prospects and clients keep asking you about managing their PPC accounts.

The problem is you don’t know jack about pay per click and awkwardly avoid the conversation.

So you take to Google to research a solution and you search for companies that you could outsource ppc management to.

A reasonable solution for you would be to hire a white label ppc management company like us:)

However not everyone can be so lucky and often times people run into issues outsourcing PPC management.

The truth is most PPC resellers kinda suck if I’m being honest.

Here’s a list of the common problems with white label PPC management that we see and hear about.

Lack Of Experience

Before hiring a white label PPC service find out if they are Google and Bing certified.

Ask to see testimonials, ask to read case studies.

Find out who you will be dealing with within the outsourcing company. With you be working with an account manager or will you be dealing direct with an owner of the company?

Will your account actually matter to this business or will you just be another number on a spreadsheet or another number for them?

You want to find a partner, not a churn and burn type of operation.

Low Margins

Before you start selling PPC management to your prospects and existing clients make sure you take a look at your numbers and make sure they make sense.

How much will your white label ppc prices be?

How much will you be charging your client?

Is there enough room in there for you to make some good money or are your margins tiny?

Make sure you work with a white label company that wants you to make good money too.

Lack Of Communication

Communication is the key to a healthy business relationship. Many people make the mistake and think AdWords and Bing are set it and forget it platforms.

Campaigns take time to optimize so knowing that this is not a magic silver bullet is vital.

Make sure you have a clear line of communication via email or phone with your white label partner. Make sure they are responsive. Make sure they provide you with the correct info to pass along to your clients.

Steal Your Clients

This is one of the biggest fears I hear from companies looking to hire us for white label ppc services…will you steal our clients.

Our simple answer is…NO….we never will.

However, I can’t speak for all the other unscrupulous folks in this dog eat dog industry.

Make sure you trust who you are dealing with.

Put NDA aka non disclosure agreements in place if you get a weird feeling about them….or better yet, go to someone you feel trust with.

Not Setting The Right Expectations

As I said earlier, PPC is not a silver bullet.

Campaigns take time to optimize.

It is extremely important that your white label pay per click partner sets the right expectations with you so that you can go back and tell your client what they can expect from their campaigns.
